Location was excellent.

Breakfast. Good variety but my sunny side eggs were cold as it was pre cooked. Atmosphere at restaurant felt like a cafeteria.

In general great hotel to stay in exceptional location just above train station but for the price and quality of breakfa

Front desk staff exceptional. Halfway throughout our stay we had an issue with our room. Without any hesitation they dealt with it straight away and moved us to another room.

Breakfast and some breakfast serving staff very unhelpful. Buffet Breakfast is meant to be served until 10am, to leave by 10.30am. Though if you turn up after 9.15-9.20 do not expect for anything to be topped up. Very small selection of fruit and salad vegetables which is never topped up. I asked for slice of bread around 9.45 as there was none left, reaction of member of staff was unacceptable as if I committed crime.

The location is so convenient, connects to the underground areas to trains/subways. This made getting to the hotel after arriving by train or departing for our train especially easy. The hotel is new so is very clean and we were especially happy with all the convenient charging areas for devices. Plenty of charging locations in the room for devices, both near the bed (most important) and also other areas. They even provide a USB hub and cables for different types of connectors in case you don't have enough or forgot your own. The tablet used to control everything from lighting to temperature to alarms was also very convenient. Right by the bed so you everything is easily within reach even after you've settled in for the night. This may seem minor but the large area where they hold luggage (if you have a late departure and need to leave suitcases with them longer) and the large bench there is GREAT for travelers that need space to readjust their luggage before catching a flight. It is connected to a convenience store--in case you need drinks, or snacks.

It is in a busy area that's why the location is so convenient. But because it is a busy area it can get noisy even late in the evening. Sometimes the noise is fun like entertainers singing on the streets. Other times it is obnoxious like really loud motorcycles revving up just to be loud. It was okay for us but people very sensitive to noise should be aware.

Did not try breakfast. Location excellent, close to food, shopping and transportation.

The location was beyond incredible- literally didn’t have to leave the metro stop! I also loved that we could walk underground almost the entire way to the market. It’ll be the only place we stay when we return to Osaka. The rooms are clean and gorgeous, the staff was so sweet, can’t get over how great the stay was.

Best Hotel in Osaka!

It is in a strategic location, basement of the hotel connects to the train station, level one you have access to Takashimaya, lots of shopping and food. It is also near Dontoburi. The hotel is of high standards, very comfortable and well equipped. The service is also very good. Staff are friendly and attentive. The bar at the top serves nice food and have a nice view. Highly recommended. Best in Osaka!

Fantastic location and friendly staff in the heart of Osaka

Centrally located right near the railway station, the location couldn't have been better. We caught the train to/from the airport, to the Formula 1 and to other cities on day trips, and loved the direct access to the subway beneath the hotel. It is close to the popular market and food areas in Osaka, and staff were very friendly and helpful (and spoke English) to assist with the Takhuiban service. The room was not small (for a Japanese room) and very comfortable, even with a daybed and small desk for us to work. We would stay here again!

Arriving directly from the subway at night, it was a little confusing to navigate through the subway system to the entrance of the hotel from where the airport train stops several hundred metres away. For nervous travellers or anyone with small children / older family members, I would recommend a taxi or car transfer from the airport upon arrival.

Great location just outside Namba station for Rapi:t express train to Kansai Airport (35 mins) for an early flight. Also within walking distance of Dotonbori and Nipponbashi for all our shopping needs.
